The shipping price is a flat $5 fee and has nothing to do with your order's size.  The price is $5 whether you are sending 1, 2, or 100 tapes.

We only ship to addresses within the USA or military APOs. 

The turn-around time is five business days.

CONFIRMATION

Videotapes are returned via US priority mail with delivery confirmation.  For delivery confirmation, you simply call 1-(800) 222-1811 or visit www.usps.com to enter your confirmation number for delivery status.  The bar code on the delivery confirmation ticket is scanned into a computer when the package is sent and scanned again when it reaches your mailbox.

PRIORITY MAIL IS A VERY RELIABLE 3 DAY SERVICE.

Please sent videotapes in a sturdy box. Videotapes are made of brittle plastic and can easily crack if not properly packaged.

INSURANCE
I RECOMMEND SPENDING THE EXTRA $2 FOR INSURANCE.

Packages with $100 insurance receive a blue ticket and are scanned into the postal system's computer.  They also must be personally signed during delivery.  Postal workers are extremely careful handling blue ticketed packages.
